General
The Commander will be responsible for all units.
He/She will issue orders required to accomplish the mission of the Honor Guard.
He/She will also command Unit 1, Team 1, the elite Team of the Honor Guard.
The Commander will make all appointments to Team 1.

Command Executive Officer
The Command Executive Officer will assist the Commander and will be responsible for all Procedures and Regulations pertaining to training and performance of all Honor guard units.
All Unit Captains will report directly to the Command Executive Officer and He/She will report to the Commander any items requireing His/Her attention.
He/She will also carry the mobile field cross on Unit 1, Team 1.

will not be forgotten.


We will render honors to our fallen soldiers in a professional and dignified manner.

Unit 1 Team 1
This Team is the Commanders Team. The Commander will apoint exceptional Honor Guard members to Team 1. The Commander will dismiss a member from Team 1 for conduct not becoming a Team 1 member. Unit 1 is the ONLY unit with a Team 1. All other units will number their Teams beginning with Team 2.
Unit Captain
The Unit Captain will report to the Command Executive Officer. He/She will be the Commander responsible for the Unit. He/She will issue orders as required to accomplish the mission of the Honor Guard Team.
He/She will also command Team 2 of the Unit.
The Unit Captain will approve all appointments to the Unit Teams.
Unit Executive Officer
The Unit Executive Officer will be responsible to assist the Unit Captain. He/She will be responsible for all Procedures and Regulations pertaining to training and performance of the unit.
The Unit Executive Officer will also carry the mobile field cross of Team 2 for the Unit.
Officer Responsibilities
Team Leader
The Team Leader will command the Team.
He/She will appoint the other positions for the Team and will ensure they perform in a professional manner.
He/She will be the spokesman for the Team and conduct all organizational efforts at the ceremony site.
Team Chief
The Team Chief will be responsible to assist the Team Leader.
He/She will be responsible for all Procedures and Regulations pertaining to training and performance of the Team.
The Team Chief will also carry the mobile field cross.
