| Groups~ A Group will consist of two [2] or more Wings. Each Group will be identified by using "time zone" name. Groups will be assigned by Time Zones; Eastern Group, Central Group, Mountain Group, and Western Group [inclundes Hawaii.] The Group will be commanded by a Colonel. The Colonel will command and assign personnel to the Group Flight. |

| Wing~ A Wing will consist of two [2] or more Divisions. Each Wing will be identified by numbers. Wings will be assigned by state in order of admitance. Michigan will be the first Wing. The Wing will be commanded by a Lt. Colonel. The Lt. Colonel will command and assign personnel to the Wing Flight. |
| Division~ A Division will consist of two [2] or more Companies. Each Division will be identified using numbers. Divisions will be assigned by Areas as the need arises. The Division will be commanded by a Major. The Major will command and assign personnel to the Division Flight. |
| Company~ A Company will consist of four [4] or more Flights. Each Company will be identified using the NATO phonetic Alphabet. Companies will be assigned by areas within Divisions as the need arises. The Company will be commanded by a Captain. The Captain will command and assign personnel to the Company Flight. |

| Flight~ A Flight will consist of two [2] or more Squads. Each Flight will be identified using the NATO phonetic Alphabet. The Flight will be commanded by a Lieutenant. |
| Squad Levels |
| Honor Guard Squad [Alpha Squad]~ A six [6] member Squad consisting of a Squad Leader, Squad Chief, Flag Bearer, left Guard, Right Ruadr and Center Guard. The Squad Chief will carry the Mobile Field Cross. The Alpha Squad Leader will be the Flight Leader. |
| Logistics Squad [Bravo Squad]~ No more than six [6] member to assist the Honor Guard Squad in the field. The Bravo Squad Leader will be a Master Sergeant. |
| Support Squad [Charlie Squad]~ No more than six [6] member to assist the Honor Guard Squad in Administrative Matters. The Charlie Squad Leader will be a Master Sergeant. |
